Brain Switches

Brain and its functions are equally mysterious and it is unimaginably complex.

However, we all know that every person is an individual and their talents and capabilities are completely unique in each and every way you look at it.
It is these features finally decide the personality of the person and mostly decide the outcome of the person's life and future.
If you take few individuals to do a same task or same type of studies,  you will notice that not only that they do it in their own unique way but also some have special talent or interest on any particular subject or skills than the others.

Now, if you take any human brain out of many you will see they all are same almost same weight and same anatomy.
If that is the case how this could happen?
well.. my answer for this is that each individual brain is preconfigured when a person is born, to give certain characteristics to each person. This makes us who we are as each individual person.

Therefore, some may be talented in philosophy, music and other could be talented to be great mathematicians so on.

Also I believe that every brain is capable of every talent but there some particular talents or capabilities are turned on or off by default.

Also I believe that in rare cases, some of these brains have “malfuncions” due to some reasons. You can find these examples as autistic people. These malfunctions could sometimes represented by missing some important social skills, learning difficulties etc. And also we can find them as extraordinary people such as autistic savants who are extremely talented in special skills like music, mathematics etc.

These malfunctions means they are missing important social and other compulsory switches switched off but instead some of the capabilities are not only switched on but also their process power settings are turned to an optimized level.

N.B. Please be aware that these ideas are not made through any scientific discoveries or observations nor copied from any one else’s ideas. These are results of some of my thought experiments and analysis.

How does astrology work?

Well..! I have had a thought about the same question. but I think that we are in a constantly moving and inter connected system since the big bang. if the big bang is similar to a lottery ball container with a force to move the balls inside, then if we have reliable techniques to calculate every single ball's movements and subsequent hits and linear / non linear movement with other balls. we should be able to precisely tell what ball hit where at a given instant so that we should be able to accurately predict the outcome of the winning numbers.
in the same way this whole universe is a box of lottery balls, which each and every action and even our thought is happening due to linear and non-linear chain reactions till the end of chain reaction. eventually one day stop all everything.
we can apply chaos theory and butterfly effect to this. same way as we can calculate and predict the exact spot where a linear projectile will fall, we should be able to predict the nonlinear actions and therefore predict the future.
if we be smart we can predict the future by using just one or two attributes which related to any given incident.
for an example as we can predict an engine malfunction by listening to a engine's noise. The noise dose not control the malfunction but it is an attribute to the process.
In the same way, wouldn't the astrology's planetary positions be an indirect indication to a future outcome?

Hmm..! Whad do you think about it?

Who has the right?

We human are most privileged to use this planet in our own rights and we tend to believe that all we have in this earth to be consumed by humans and therefore we could exploit it. But in fact we have the same and equal right with tiny ants, termites and all the other creatures and they also have the same right as we are.
Maybe we might call ourselves most advanced and compassionate species on earth. But in fact we are the most lethal and cruellest animal living on this planet.
Because we have larger brains and so called intelligent, we tend to brutally dominate this world, taken way other creature’s right to exist and gradually destroying this beautiful planet.
We have false belief that we are trying to support the existence of other species in this planet by conserving them, but in reality we are trying to protect it from our own distraction.
Just because we are the most advanced creatures in this planet, do we have more right to do anything? Can we kill other creatures and use them for our own benefit?
How about if there is another even more advanced and intelligent creatures suddenly came in to existence and decide that they will take us to end up in their dinner plate?

Punishment or Revenge..!

We all in almost every society accept the fact that punishment is a must for any criminal.
But if you try to search the root of this, can’t you see that the punishment is a way of revenge? Ideally the punishment should be a way of preventing the crime happening again. The death penalty should only apply to people who cannot be corrected. In other words, who cannot be rescued or salvaged.
If you see the analogy for the society as an electronic or mechanical system, criminals could be represented as bad or malfunctioning parts. Then, when a part is malfunctioning, what do you do? Try to repair it. If it doesn’t work or if it is beyond repair, we remove it or destroy it.
Similarly, punishment should be a way of repairing or destroying if it is to be in total efficiency.
OK! Now we know what the punishment should be!
Therefore, the best punishment for any crime is a way of rectifying the problematic or malfunctioning mind.
Accordingly, in absolute sense, the criminal should be clearly convinced that it is a crime and shouldn’t do. That means the criminals mid should be brought up to the level of a law-abiding citizen’s mind. Or if it cannot be done, destroy the criminal. In other words we must repair the circuit component or destroy the useless component. Or may be it can be used for other suitable areas useful.

Conclusion: Best punishment is making the offender purely convinced that the crime is wrong and when this is beyond repair, use him for other useful purposes or destroy him if it’s not worth even in that level.

I know the reality doesn’t work this way as long as we have feelings play a major role in making the society.

What is Good?

Well..There is not exact or “right” way to decide good or bad. If we take this question beyond all the attachments and dependencies, there is no such a thing as good or bad.
This “good” concept is purely subjective. Good depends on the point of observation. The beneficiary from an action can accept the outcome as good.
A man eating tiger can accept the killing a human as good. We cannot prove it otherwise, unless we take the human’s point of view or compassionate view. If you take these two out, killing a human could feel no different from feeling like falling a fruit from a tree.
In the absolute sense, everything is part of the nature. But neither good nor bad!

But, as a society or as a human we can generally categorize “good” in to the four below,

1. Universal good - Save someones life
2. Personal good – personal preferences
3. Conventional good – Agreed according to Law etc. in common interests.
4. Cultural good – depends on background beliefs etc.

What is Beauty? A Function of Mind..?

Why a flower is beautiful? A woman is attractive to a man, animals attract to opposite sex etc, we all know, this is not a new concept. These all down to the default configuration of our brain! Functions of mind!!

Well.. if so, can we imagine why few others love some strange things and habits? Are hey having wrongly configured programs in their brains?
But you know, who is right? We majority programmed to work similarly therefore, can we call we are right and others are wrong?
Funny! Isn’t it?

This That and the Other..

Never ending this that and the other things to do in an average persons life. We do start all those things since the time we barely started to walk as a toddler and keep doing things in our lives until we get very old and ready to die!
But all those things we do, what's for? Just for nothing at all!
We come empty handed and do things, this that and the others and we go empty handed. Perhaps you might say, "That's life!".
But is that all? and is that enough? can we truly be satisfied with that?

This, That and the other all but Nothing...! Useless and Empty...!!
